Flow Hydration

Our story

Built for the way India sweats.

Flow started on a Bengaluru running track, with a group of amateur athletes who were tired of choosing between sugary sports drinks and salty ORS that nobody wanted to finish.

How we got here

From the track to the start line

Photo to come

Founders on the running track at dawn, mid-stride, Bengaluru skyline soft in the background.

2025

The problem

Long runs in April heat, cramps at kilometre 18, and nothing on the shelf that was made for how Indians actually train.

Photo to come

Hands measuring powder on a lab scale, sachet prototypes in a row. Tight crop, natural light.

2025

The formula

A year of batches and blind tastings to land on 1000mg of sodium, five electrolytes and just enough glucose to move it into the blood.

Photo to come

First production run: stacked sachet cartons, someone sealing a box. Candid, slightly grainy.

2026

First sachets

Original, Mango and Lemonade launched in Bengaluru. Our first run of sachets went to local leagues and running clubs.

Photo to come

Aid station at a race, volunteers handing out Flow cups to runners. Motion blur on runners.

2026

On the start line

Official hydration partner for karting championships in NCR, football and cricket leagues in Bengaluru, and marathons in Mysuru.

What we stand by

Every number on the sachet is there for a reason.

1000mg of sodium because that's what sweat takes in Indian heat. 6.9g of glucose because absorption needs it. Nothing artificial to sweeten it, because it doesn't need it.
