An electrolyte drink mix made in India. Each 12.5g sachet has five electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chloride), 13 vitamins including the full B-complex, and 6.9g of glucose to help your body absorb it.

It works on the same principle, sodium absorbed alongside glucose, but it's built for training and daily use rather than illness. Flow carries more electrolytes, added vitamins, and tastes like a drink you'd choose. For diarrhoea or clinical dehydration, follow your doctor's advice and use medical ORS.

It's roughly what a hard hour of training in Indian heat takes out of you through sweat. If you're on a low-sodium diet or have high blood pressure or kidney disease, check with your doctor before using it regularly.

Yes. Most people take one sachet a day. On long sessions or very hot days, two is common. It doesn't exceed recommended daily intakes for any vitamin.

6.9g of glucose per sachet, about 28 calories. It's there because glucose speeds up how fast sodium and water get absorbed. There are no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.

Vegan, gluten-free and caffeine-free. No dairy or animal-derived ingredients.

It isn't recommended for children under 12. If you're pregnant, nursing, diabetic, on prescription medication, or have kidney disease or high blood pressure, speak to your doctor first.
