How is it different from ORS?
It works on the same principle, sodium absorbed alongside glucose, but it's built for training and daily use rather than illness. Flow carries more electrolytes, added vitamins, and tastes like a drink you'd choose. For diarrhoea or clinical dehydration, follow your doctor's advice and use medical ORS.
Isn't 1000mg of sodium a lot?
It's roughly what a hard hour of training in Indian heat takes out of you through sweat. If you're on a low-sodium diet or have high blood pressure or kidney disease, check with your doctor before using it regularly.
Can I have it every day?
Yes. Most people take one sachet a day. On long sessions or very hot days, two is common. It doesn't exceed recommended daily intakes for any vitamin.
Does it have sugar?
6.9g of glucose per sachet, about 28 calories. It's there because glucose speeds up how fast sodium and water get absorbed. There are no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.
How fast is delivery?
We ship pan-India with Shadowfax. Bengaluru gets orders in 1–2 business days, everywhere else in 2–4. Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day leave the same day.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@flowhydration.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund you. We can't take returns on opened or unwanted product since it's consumable.
